13 Days and Counting!!!

Did I mention that I have 13 days until we leave for Cancun!!! 13!!!! I have so much to do from now until then. I am going to fix Easter Dinner at my house this coming Sunday since we will actually be missing Easter while we are away. My little girl wanted us to go the week she is on Spring Break so she wouldn't have to worry about homework while we were gone.

My husband went back to work.... and let me tell you it has been an adjustment for me. I never realized how much he did around the house until he hasn't been here. He has been working 12 hr shifts.... 7 days a week. So last night he got home at 8pm and was in bed by 9pm. I miss him!!! I have been running around this house like a little wild woman trying to get everything done. Cleaning house, doing laundry, fixing meals, etc. He just always helped me before.

This week starts soccer.... with Dewayne not in the picture. Kelsey has been chosen to be on an "All Star" Team this year which means we will be doing some traveling on the weekends. So fun.... but wears you out. Also, they need her to play some on another team that is just a local TRI-C team. So this week's practice looks like this: Monday - Tri -C practice 6-8pm: Tuesday - All Star practice 6-8pm: Thursday - All Star practice 6-8pm. Get my drift!!! I'll be doing alot of my cardio this week at the soccer field. There is a road and a little track that I can walk on.

So that is about all for today. I tried to do some Cardio this morning... but called from the Dr. that I worked for that I had to go into the office and give an injection. (I work for an OB/Gyn and we do infertility and we have to work with the persons cycle as to when we go what) So alot of times, I have to go in on weekends to give injections or help Dr. do inseminations.

Well, I am going to go work my arms and then maybe get a little bit more cardio in. Until tomorrow......

Flying High!!!

Today was my day off!!! Had a good day overall. Started out my day by going to the Dr. for a follow up appointment. Then I had to run errands.... that is ALWAYS fun to do. It have to do everything on one day... since I work Monday thru Friday.

Come home and started cleaning on my windows outside the house. It was such a pretty day. I cleaned and cleaned and every time I would turn around, my dog had her nose up my butt!!! Literally!!!! I think she misses her mom while I am working, so she made up for it today!!!

Was just cleaning away, and I thought to myself that it was to pretty of a day to be cleaning all day... so I put my tennie boppers on and headed down the road. Walked 3 miles and it was so nice!!!! (Do you think I am slimming my butt cheeks down a little bit?)

I am FLYING HIGH!!!! I had ordered a couple tapes off of Jenny Hendershot... workouts to do at home. Well, I sent a note to her asking a couple of questions, and I am thinking that I would get a message back from one of her assistants. HOLY MOLY!!!! She e-mailed me back.... twice!! I was so tickled!! I just never expected that. So nice and told me if I had further questions, to just contact her.

Well, gotta go get jump in the shower. A new day starts at 5:00 am.

20 Days until CANCUN!!!!

Hi~~

Great day today!! Weather was GREAT!!! Got up this morning and messed around the house. Kelsey had one of her friends over today.... so gave me a little "me" time. It was so beautiful outside... so I decided to take a walk up the road. Ended up walking 4 miles.... and I had to go up a steep hill. Great incline WO!! Talked to several cows as I was walking. Seen 3 squirrels, several horses, and you got it.... a Harley or two.

It was so nice to get out of the house though. Came home and started pulling weeds out of my flower garden that goes clear around the house. MY LORD my back is sore!! I knew if I pulled long enough, but husband would come and help me. Love his little heart.... here he came with the wheel barrow so he could help me pick up the weeds.

Going to get ready and work some shoulders, I guess. Husband is going to work his chest.... so I thought we could motivate each other. Dewayne finally goes back to work tomorrow. He has been laid off since Thanksgiving. So...... guess that means that I am losing my housekeeper and chef!! TOO BAD!!!

Only 20 days left until we leave. Better get my butt in gear!!! My husband has already dragged the suitcases out of storage. He must be getting excited!!!

Gotta run.... I here him in there pumping weights!!!

GREAT Saturday here in WV!!!!!

Hi everybody!!!! Great day here in sunny West Virginia!!!

Just wanted to show you guys our house..... we live in a log house. Not completely finished with it yet. We recently put the addition on and the garage. The middle room is going to be a big living room with fireplace and where we can put a pool table in it. (Kind of make it look like a rustic bar theme.... probably). We live out in the country..... but 10 minutes from KMart. I love it here!!! You can pee off the porch if you wanted to.

That's all for now. Going to take a shower and go out to eat..... then head to Walmart. YUCK!!!!! I hate going to the grocery store!!!

Where I am building my MUSCLES!!!

GREAT workout today! Yes April, I did get up this morning and got on the treadmill!! I couldn't sleep last night. Don't know what my problem is!! Didn't go to bed until 11:30 and then was up at 1:30.... don't know why. I flopped and flopped and flopped... then finally decided to get up before I flopped my husband out of bed. Messed around on the computer until 3:00... then ventured back to bed. I'm telling you what.... when that alarm went off at 5:00 AM.... I just about pissed my pants!!!! But, I squeezed my legs together, went and tinkled, and then got my butt on the treadmill.

When I came home this evening I worked my legs. I did a circuit that I got out of Oxygen Magazine. Needless to say I probably won't be able to walk tomorrow. GOTTA LOVE IT!!!

Gonna be right back on there tomorrow morning!!! Those bikini's won't look good with BIG BUTT CHEEKS!!!! @!

Also, here is a picture of my little Soccer Star. Kelsey is sooooo good at Soccer and so motivated to do a good job for her team. I think if she sticks with it, she will do well when she gets to High School. Of course mom has to be her cheerleader!!!!! Go Kelsey Go!!!!

Keep pushing hard this week!! I know that I am. I can finally see where there are changes starting to take place with this body of mine!!!!!

GREAT Monday!!

Was off work today. Slept in a little bit this AM, which I most desperately needed.

Worked out back and bi's this AM. Felt a good burn. Then worked around the house a little bit. Washed clothes and hung out on line. (I love the smell of clothes hanging on the line!!)

Had to go pick my daughter up off the bus at 4:00pm, so I talked my DH into taking an afternoon walk with me. It was sooo nice outside. Definately what I needed. It felt great!!! We walked a little over 3 miles and enjoyed a sunny day, a nice breeze, and watching squirrels jump through the leaves. Nothing could be better!!

Eats RIGHT ON today. Have to get better with packing for work.

Going to try to make a tanning appointment... and then come home and paint my nails so they will look nice for the week.

OH - only 33 days to Cancun!!!

Back from ARNOLD!!!!

Made it back from Arnold Expo today and boy did I have a GREAT time!!! A big shout out to Stef for getting my tickets for the show and making me feel so welcome to "The Gang!!"

I met up with Stef and Haley on Thursday night to watch Stacey and Tina in their Figure Competition. I was so excited! Stef was just as I imagined, but so much prettier in person. (Her eyes are beautiful!!) She makes you feel as if she has known you forever. I also met Haley who is such a sweetheart!!! As we were standing there in line, I noticed Stacey's boyfriend Chris (or so I thought.... but I was afraid to say something just in case it wasn't). It was. He is so nice and so supportive of Stacey!!! It was so cute because he was sooo nervous during her competition.

So we were standing in line waiting to go in, and these two girls walk up (mind you that I have lurked on April and Angela's blog FOREVER), but somehow I thought these girls were so much taller. I was embarrassed at first, because I didn't recognize them when they first walked up. So much shorter than I expected! Or maybe it is just because I am so much taller than everybody else. So funny!!! Both April and Angela were so nice.

So, watched the show and headed back to my friend's house in Columbus to meet back up with my mom, my little girl Kelsey, and my nephew Dakota. Was to meet up with Stef and Haley on Friday at the Expo. Thank goodness my husband felt sorry for me and decided to drive to Columbus on Friday morning to get me to the Expo. I HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO EXPECT!!! I would have never found those girls!!!! I finally did see them at the show and got to meet Stacy and Tina!! SO SWEET!!! And both sooo beautiful!!!!! Had to ask them to get a picture with me later in the day because my daughter reads the blogs with me to and thinks that they ROCK!!!

Had a wonderful time!! Was supposed to go with Stef and Haley on Saturday to get my bodyfat tested, but my phone died and had no way to get in touch with Stef. (long story) Oh well, maybe can do another time!! I had the time of my life!! Met Tosca Reno and bought her book (which she signed). She is one hot lady for somebody in her 50's. Gave me motivation!!! Was standing right beside Ali Swanson at the Expo and couldn't get the courage to start talking to her. (I had actually bought bracelets off her before)

Had a wonderful time..... but I am wore out!! Now is my time to get motivated and get my body in the best shape possible. I sooooooooo want to gain lean muscle mass!!!

ARNOLD tomorrow!!!

YES!!!!!! I am going to the Arnold tomorrow. I AM SO EXCITED!!!!

I honestly can't wait to meet up with everybody tomorrow. I have lurked on these girls blogs forever and watched them transform their body.... and now I get to meet them in person!!! I think I am going to pee my pants!!!

Stef had some great pictures of Stacy and Tina which she has already met up with in Columbus!!! I'm sure she will have some great vlogs also after this weekend.

I ordered a new camera to take with me... and still didn't get it in the mail today. HOPEFULLY tomorrow my little UPS man will come see me. I wanted it so bad to take to the show!!!

Lord, I am going to feel like a puffalump next to all of these girls this weekend, but I think it will make me want to get in shape that much more.

I hopefully will have tons of pictures when I get back.
